there is one called the Crossflow (X-Flow) i think coolermaster makes it. it does that your diagram says. they use them to cool the shuttle mini computers. here it is, but it appears to suck air in from one side only: http://www.overclock.co.uk/customer/...oductid=17824# i have seen one somewhere where the motor is in the middle and air is sucked in from both sides. ( i think the shuttle version of it has the motor in the middle)

Awesome RM1. Very similar to what I need. I was hoping to find one to mount in an 80mm fan spot. Maybe I'm looking for a blower fan, but most seem to blow out the side, not the top. Oh well, the search continues. At least you got me going in the right direction!
