i swaped out the blue fans for a pair of red ones and got a pair of led tubes. it looks really cool with the lights out. i just need to find cheap paint for the case. i like the idea of dark green paint

Indeed it was. i'm gonna get some metallic red paint and do the grills, the front lower panel and buttons for a little highlight.

I have access to a plasma cutter. I would just never use one on a computer case. The metal is too thin, and it burns. Very hard to keep a clean line. They make the cutting fast, but you have to spend a LOT of time cleaning up after them. I prefer a dremel personally. Takes a steady hand and a lot of patience. Gratz on your mod. It looks like you cleaned up the cuts nicely. The big thing people screw up with a dremel is trying to cut all the way through in one pass. All that will do is break blades.

actually i never cleaned up the outside for the plasma cuts. i thought it added more Klingonness to the case. *shrugs* i'm not patient enought to use a dremel to cut that much if i have access to something with more power.

I like the Klingon shield? herald? symbol? cut into the right case cover. "Beware lesser beings, it's Klingon time!" Separates the men from the boys.

One of my all time favorites in DS9 or TNG was when Worf met his brother for the first or second time. Tony Todd played the Compleat Klingon to perfection.
