CAP, Might be a bit late, But if you like led feet on your case i have found a cheap alternative to normal kits.
I used clear furniture castor cups, turned them upside down, drilled a 5mm hole in the centre, then stuck on some double sided tape,Then all you need are 4 leds in colour of your choice wired in and away you go.
They can usually be picked up at discount shops in packs of 12 for about $2 AUD.
Look as good as dearer kits.

looking slick with my new top blow hole, IMO. i just need to scrounge up some more Fan Screws, i'll just steal a couple from the fan in the front. It doesn't need them. I'll do that tomorrow though. And while i was doing that i took the 450 watt PSU from the IDICase that i got for it, and put it into the Klingon Kase. it's my main rig anyways. for now.

i used my dremel with a cutting disc to cut the circle, and my drill bit to cut the screw holes. i had just cut an inner circle, then used alot of relief cuts to go out to the actual line i had made

I bought a Hole Saw to cut fan holes in my cases. The can cut a hole in a perfect circle and then just line up the fan and drill the four outside holes to mount it.
You can even find a hole saw that will match 120mm fans.
They may need a little sanding or filing to make the edges not-so-sharp.

A 115mm (4.5 inch) hole saw is perfect for 120mm fans. It's also a common standard size, so easy to find.

doing a fresh coat of paint. i've got a can of Krylon Fusion spraypaint, I'm trying to scrap off the old paint that i had put on back last year, however it's very slow going and i was wondering if it's neccessary to scrap it off or if i can just paint over it?

I would give it a good sanding and cleaning. prime it with several light coats of automotive rattle can primer and off you go.
