Why is it beige? Or is that just me? Are we going backwards or forward in time?

Big deal. They took a blower housing and turned it into a case.

I really do hate the way design students come up with something they think makes them look clever then try to tell the rest of us it looks good.

We're simple creatures, give us a straight tower case with understated looks and a modest amount of curves and we're happy.

I don't even know what market thats aimed at, it's not tacky and plastic enough for the alienware croud, too intrusive for the HTPC croud, and for the regular pc croud the word NO comes to mind.

Perhaps this is time to open up a dedicated thread to UGWEE-CASE?

It looks similar to some speakers based on the same conch shell design.

I like Lian-Li kit, both my cases are Lian-li's. I won't be getting one of these, though. My room doesn't double up as a contemporary art gallery.

Anything I do own of good aesthetic appearance soon becomes covered in clutter and dust.

maybe if you build it, then put it back inside the original cardboard packaging it would be more practical?? Wont improve its appearance though - doh.

He sounds like he's delivering the pre-flight safety announcement on a budget airline. "And... your seat belt fastens like... so... insert... the metal catch into the... buckle... andtoreleaseliftthecatchsharply life.... jackets are under your seat."

I was rather disappointed. It wasn't really that ugly and it didn't have a centrifugal blower mounted on either side... what a waste.
