Unhappy Dual Floppy Drives

I got a second floppy drive for my tower along with a cable for 2 3.5 and 2 5.25 floppy drives, my windows 98 on my tower sees both floppy drives but it says that there's no floppies in either drive but i know that there is and they are both good floppies. Even my older working floppy drive isn't working. and the power light is constant. can anyone help me?

If the power light is constant, then you probably have the cable plugged in wrong.

Yes, a constantly on floppy access light usually means that the data cable is plugged in upside down somewhere.

Power down your pc and take the data cable out from the floppy drive and plug in the other way! This will solve your problem.
