I am so in love with this sleek and sexy thang !!! Have you seen a more attractive thing in your life? I want one! http://65.119.30.151/productimage/11-108-161-01.JPG http://65.119.30.151/productimage/11-108-161-02.JPG http://65.119.30.151/productimage/11-108-161-04.JPG It's $75 shipped, and comes with a remarked Sparkle 300W PSU. I have no use for the PSU, but I need a pretty case on the cheap. Think it's worth that much coinage? Or you think I should just buy an Enlight 7237(them are the girls I usually go with) and paint it black? Or you think I should go for the smaller mATX version of this case, fo $40, and mod it to fit a water-cooled system with a full size ATX board? This would be nice, but I'm not sure I have the time.

Yeah, the PSUs arn't exactly week suck parts SteveI. Like I said they're remarked Sparkle PSUs(the model number is a Sparkle model number). I've used those PSUs before, they will run any athlon at default speeds without a problem. They aren't the ticket for overclocking, but are damn fine parts for regular folks. I've used a couple of them to build Duron 1GHz @ 1.2GHz(8x150) in EP-8KHA+ machines, and they work well for that. As far as airflow, it will work well with a 103CFM 120mm fan up front, I'm sure. So have you used Inwin cases? I've never touched one myself. I hear they are nice, but what's your oppinion? |

I've used 2 last year. Identical on the inside to the one you're looking at. Like I mentioned, not very quiet. The box still in my house seems a bit loud, using 2 8cm fans, and a gorb. Good contruction, and the metal inside is rounded so no bloody knuckles from working on it. The HDD bays come off, basically shaped like an upsidedown U. You screw in the drive, slide the bay into the case, and lock it in with 1 screw. My biggest gripe was airflow. The front does not have holes, only on the underside of the bezel. It makes the case look nice, but poor in airflow. It's only a matter of time before I use the hole saw on the side of it. The black case you're looking at seems to have solved that problem with the slits in front. With the sparkle PSU, seems like a good deal on a decent case. And I agree, it does look good. If I could go back and do it again, I would have selected the black one.

Noise doesn't really concern me, as I would definitely be using some of my liquid cooling goodies on the inside ![]() I think I'm going to order one. Not sure. With the money I'll spend getting my main rig in to a properly prepared case I could throw together another folding box built around a fully integrated motherboard, you see my dilemma . . . |

After buying an Enlight 7237, I honestly say that they are a lousy case. There are other mids with four 5.25" bays. They may be a bit harder to find, but the effort is worth it. Mids with mounts for two 120mm's exist. Probably APITA to find, but I'm not in love with cutting fan holes the hard way. I'd have a look at the Yeong Yang Lunar 5402.
