I take it the metal part of the case is a manufactured case, and you have clad it with your own case?

Pretty cool! I would have mounted the fan 45° to the intake, rather than 90° as that would probably allow better overall airflow

First thing.....all of the other computers use onboard graphics. I am using a fanless nVIDIA 7600 GS PCIe video card with HDMI and HDCP.
