Here we are again, drooling all over another one of Ton Khowdee, AKA TiTON’s, beautiful Team Fortress 2 themed mods.

Last time we looked at one of TiTON’s mods was with the Team Fortress 2 Dispenser Mod, which blew our socks off. Now, it’s time to look at the next stage of TiTON’s plan – one which now threatens to blow us out of our shoes unless we’re very careful; The Sentry Mod.

I realy like these kind of mods! makes mine look like a childs attempt!

5 0r 6 yrs ago I built a lan mod for a friend out of a milk crate. Worked great and I got to looking a the people who mod that are good. Like this guy. One guy put his laptop into a model Porche. Beautiful. A Pizza box. My favorite was a guy who wanted to OC the highest he coulld get on air so he wanted ventilation. He built his in a fishing net he hung over his desk.

thats some cool work there. I was looking at his other mods and this guys has got some talent! He does most of the work by hand. He even made a cube mod from the Weightet Companion Cube from Portal.

This is where my heart lies, but I'm a hack compaired to these guys. It's where my interests lie, modding anything is fun.
I got lucky and was able to do that for a liveing as an aircraft mechanlc,untill i just couldn't work any more.
When ever one company, TWA for example, would sell off older jets-some outfit like UPS would buy them and turn them into freighters. My company contracted to do that. Every Aircraft for the company has to have the cockpit the same so pilots know where evey guage and switch are located.That is what I did. Boieng does't have templates of every panel for every company. They sell blanks and you have to make them work. Great job.
PS. Great story. One night, after working around the clock 38hrs I was ready to make the final cut to install what is call the Cowboy panel [Navegators overhead] and I cut it 1/2 in to short. The panel costs as a blank $12,000. I left the aircraft-went home, went to bed. I knew I was fired.
When I woke up, I went to the hanger to tell the boss and collect my tools. All he said was did I order a new panel and if I didn't why not.

These guys are artists. I'm just a mechanic. Big difference!
But doing this is fun!

Wow, I didn't know thats what you did for a living...
What usually makes someone an "artist" is the ability to create something from nothing.
I bet you had to fabricate things for the cockpits from different parts...
It takes a certain type of patience and imagination to do that. So I would call you an artist also.
