Petcare case is gone

I removed my rig from the pet carrier mod and put it into a full tower. I have 1/2 a dozen cheesy reasons that don't mean diddly-I just felt like it.
The temps went up about 5c. Tells even a dummy like me that some ventilation is in order.
Noise levels are the pits. Must be some sort of harmonics going on. I'll go to work on that in a couple of days, to busy now. Damn, that's a noisy S.O.B.

O rings my friend. go pick up a bag of o rings at the local hardware and mount all your fans with those on the screws and fans. You would be amazed. Same with the hard drives. I have even used insulating tape on my drives to eliminate buzzes or vibrations.

Thanks Sam. Those are excellent. More than the Ideas themselves, the brain starts thinking along those lines.

Edit:
I can see new ways to use duct tape. Metal does not touch metal anywhere if at all possible.
