LOL Ok, you could have sold it, I can see your point tho i bought a 52x cdrw/dvd combo to do the same job as my dvdr only burns at 32x but in reality even 32x is fast enough unless of course thats all you do

Computer now with extra cool UV technology! Plus a neato EL wire on the front and a decal on the side. I'll let you see for yourself. I think I'm done modding for the time being at least.

this is my computer, i call it... the briefCASE for obvious reasons
its only a PIII, 256, rage 128 that i pulled from my old computer. sadly it doesnt run closed right now becasue i need to modify some fans so that they can plug into the mobo.

Case for 8 yr old daughter of friend

Here is a quick look at this weekend paint job basically. After seeing my daughters pink computer, a friend of the family's daughter insisted that she needed one. So, here is the result.

This in a Pavillion from HP. THe front is translucent so I masked off the front with butterfly decals and sprayed it. After peeling the masking off, I back lit the cover and now there are little blue butterflies on the front.
