help me to choose a good waterblock

Hi folks, i'm from italy
At this time i have to choose the best wb and i must choose between the "Lunasio RS/3+@CNC" and the "d-Uranium 1.0".
What do you think about those? do you know something better?

I think water blocks may tend to be more locally "grown" than most computer parts. But Welcome to our forums, I hope you find what you need and stay awhile.
