how?

Im filling my p4 system~ and im loosing a 1inch of water every 5-10min in the fill tube~ is there that much air in my radiator? The rest of the system is fine~ i tiped it around to shake the air loose, but no go, the water looks milky from bubles~ but VERY LITTLE bubles~  any clues?

You've added a surfactant to the mix, and there's no longer any surface tension. That's why you're getting such small bubbles.

Without knowing the width of the fill tube, 1inch of water every 5-10min sounds like a leak. That'd also be how the air was getting in the system.

well~ after a 24h run~ it got all the air out~ for the first 10-20min it was loosing .5-1inch 5min but then it it slowly started to loose none~ im quessing there was just a air pocket in the BI rad~

Thats the way mine was when i filled it. Its amazing how much all those itti-bitty bubbles add up.
