Question ...are watercooling solutions any good

Hi all,
Right, heres the deal. I have £300.00 to blow either on a really sweet watercooling system, OR i could get a decent graphics card for say £150.00 and a watercooling system for £150.00 ( I have a Geforce 3 Ti200 at the mo, so its still allright i guess...got a nice 11K on 3DMark a little while ago , and would putting a water block on my GPU inprove its performance in o/cing?)
Now, when it comes to watercooling i know jack $&£!. Can someone please give me a good idea of what temps i could expect with a watercooling system because i want to know if i can improve much on my Swiftech 642+ (It can keep my CPU at approx. 52* C full load with my Athlon 2600+ T-bred running at about 2450MHz)
Can you tell me what the best watercooling system is i can get for either £150.00 or £300.00...or there abouts, and if anyone knows of a place in the UK that stocks them i would be very greatful (cant get crap in the UK )

Any help appreciated

Yes you can.
When I started looking into this they guys on here gave a number of links for information and advice. You've already got ocpc and coolerhardware so here are some more. There are plenty more out there as well. I'm no expert but it pays to look around and get ideas on whats available, what others are doing and how it would work in your set up.
