monitor temps?

hay is there a way i can monitor the temp on my geforce card?

and also what is a good program to monitor temps

Yeah, it's called attaching a measuring device to it.

The Geforce chips themselves have no way of measuring their own temperatures. Hence, any solution would have to be external. I think that Asus might be the only manufacturer that provides such a solution on the card itself, but I don't know if it's on all cards.
