Software dude with Multimeter - beware!

All,

I've just got my grubby mits on a FLuke 79 multimeter. I'm interested in finding out the 'actual' voltages throughout my chipset. Is there a link somewhere that I can get some more information on what things should be and where to measure?

Thanks,
Multimeter noob
