Phase change cooling (direct die) article!

I made a direct die phase change cooling some time ago, now I made a article about it.

Its in portuguese, but u can translate it by http://babelfish.altavista.com/babelfish/tr

Some sentences get wierd, but most of the article can be read actualy v well

Obrigado! This is a very worthwhile article, if we get lucky one of our serious cooling ace's may have a look at it. Not to imply that you aren't serious!
