Water block for Radeon 8500 RAM ??

Has anybody seen these water blocks for the Radeon 8500 RAM?

(go about 2/3rd down the page on this link):

The email link for the author gets a delivery failure.

or, is it overkill if im putting a Swiftech block on the GPU and some small fins on the RAM?

Not worth it-
Just get some TweakMonster Ram sinks and you will be fine!
