Thermalright HSF installation

I'm wondering where do these 2 black pads go? I put the 4 rounds pads off the white thing onto the heatsink but where do those 2 long ones go?

Thanks in advance.

The long ones are meant to go between the fan and heatsink I believe.

I haven't put them on and the fan is sitting nice and firm on the heatsink.
