want a program that does Monitoring on 9800 pro

i want a program that find core temp of my card is there 1 or do i have to pull the heatsink off and set it up myself

Sorry, but why do you want to know? GPU's can tolerate a lot more heat than CPU's can, and unless you are getting artifacts or crashes, it isn't too hot. That seems to be the general thumb rule.. at least for me. But then again, I don't OC my video card by much so I could be mistaken.

i killed my old 1 3 weeks ago overclocking then got a new 1 4 free i just want to watch the temps

Unless it has some sort of temperature measurent device, you will have to put a probe on it somewhere. Just don't put it in between the GPU core and the heatsink.

i'v got the new fx5950 and the temp is under this
/right click on desktop/ then goto settings /advanced/then click on videocard properties/then goto temp settings/ then i can see that this card runs VERY HOT at 51c when playing
colin mcrae rally got drivers from nvidia web site and the card got 2 fans on. norm temp is 39c

my card runs at 47.1oC and with stocking cooling it runs at 79.6 from the chart i have

Cool fx5950ultra running cool!!!!!!!!!

well i have got good news i have got my fx5950 down in temp (norm runs at 33c) after running games it go's to 49c not bad a take a look !!!!!!!

ati cards r far hotter haha thats mad good use of amd fan's i seen a guy but a stock amd cpu fan on his gpu it was huge on it he had to hold the fan up from the bottom of that case cause of its weight

befor i had these fans to it the temp was around 49c norm and 55c+ when playing games so these 2 fans r keeping the case cool and as for ati cards it must be hard to stop everthing from overheating. as i think that my mobo was shuting everthing off becz of the fx5950 card getting over 60c i have got my mobo set up in bios!!!now that it is only just getting to 50c it's running ok!!!!! it's just not the gpu getting hot it warms the ambient temp in the case!!!!! and that is not good!!!!!!

my video card blows hot air out the back most ati cards run near 80oC stock mine runs at 50 i happy

I run my 9800pro at 390/360 and in games it barely gets over 50C! Stock cooling + ramsinks, i got a thermal probe on the back of the gpu.

55c with watercooled is that the bset u can get the temp downto with water cooling??
