UPDATE

Painted my copper radiator black and mounted it on the side of my desk.

Purchased a smaller container for the water reservoir.

Here are some pics...

Water is half the volume now - about 2.5 gallons.

After 2 hours of use full load...
Room temp: 23c
CPU (full load): 42c

After 10/15 mins temp drops down to 38 again and stabilises.

My home made copper radiator isnt as effective as the central heating radiator but then I wont get rust etc.

Thats it for me - Im a happy man now (for how long who knows )
