water cool the $400 video card....ehhh i suppose if i can get that extra 30 mhz....

Hmm.... I'm no expert on water cooling (in fact I've never seen a machine that's using it) but doesn't the pump from the water cooler make noise? If you want the 'total silence' from your computer like the listing says, wouldn't you have one of those hella-expensive no-fan cases? Plus that thing is just a little bit expensive for my tastes. I'd rather have a PSU for half the price and sacrifice a few decibels.

yup, the pump and fans on the object dissipating heat all make noise. The whole silent thing is sorta out the window, and the fans on an external rad like mine drown out the powersupply...not only is this lethal, but pointless! I guess its for the guy who has to say he has everything. But then again I'm not ordering one, so I guess thats not true

I'm just wondering how they isolate the heat sinks from the water? I hope they are using mica insulators or something!

i heard about this one guy who put a refridgerator in one room and cut a hole in the wall and ran fridge coolant through a pipe into the computer so that you didnt hear the fridge through the wall. its actually a good idea

I might make a water cooler one day..
get a copper heatsink, run tubes trough it, and run it to a water pump..etc..
