Water cooling setups

I would like to do a little information gathering here.

I want to get an idea of what hardware everyone is running and temp results.

Please list all hardware used in your water cooling setup. ie., cpu block,
pump, rad, and so on.

list Voltage and include stock and oc cpu speeds.

Next list you temps. Please include: ambient, water temp if you can and
cpu temp.

Any other info would be great. Is your radiator inside or outside the case. do you use a res. Inline or submerged pump. I think everyone should get the drift.

Again I know this will be a little time consuming but I would greatly appreciate the effort.

Thanks

AthlonXP 2600+ Mobile Barton Core 1.8 GHz stock - 2.654 GHz, running 1.925v

Idle temp is about 42 - full load temp using BurnK7 is 49, using folding is 46.

Ambient temp is 29, water temp is 30.

Currently running a Danger Den RBX (haven't got my Direct-die back together yet).

Dual 120mm heater cores, external to the case.

Inline water pump (Danner MagDrive 700)

I use a reservoir, only because it makes bleeding my system much easier than having just a fill/bleed tube.

Water flow is res., pump, rad, block.

Thanks

The more the better here...

I'm in MS for the weekend. When I get home I will put up my specs for comparison.

A64 3400 2.3 GHz, running 1.6v

No idea what idle temp is, it runs 100% 24/7- full load temp FAH is 50 ish.

Ambient temp is 29ish.

LRWW A64 Block, good but the dual outlet is a bit of a pain for plumbing

Thermaltakel 120mm rad, internal.

Hydor L30 pump inline

External reservoir, makes it easier to refil for me.

Water flow is pump, rad, block, res.

i'll throw up both rigs to give you an idea

AMD based setup:
Eheim 1048 pump
single 120mm Black ice extreme rad(dual 120mm fans push/pull)
innovatek tankomatic
maze4 GPU block
polarflo CPU block
polarflo chipsetblock

at the cpu idle 38oC, load 45oC 2.05 volts, 2.75gighz
added 80watt tec and cathars storm block, same otherhardware, 34idle, 40-42 load@ 2.15V

6800GT:
-5oC from ambient with the tec idle(about 22), about 38 load(under powered, under rated)

the radiator was external on the top of the case.

Intel rig:
same cooling with cathar's storm block, w/o the chipsetblock.
P4 prescott 3.2 1.6Volts 3.8gighz 40idle, 52ish load.

radiator moved to inside of case, and changed to a dual 120mm heatercore(77 bonneville)

I'm currently adding a 172W tec to the 6800(already in the block awaiting tests on the powersupply) and a second heatercore, eheim 1250 pump, and recofigured order. Let you know the temps on that.

Here is what I have;

XP 2500 @ 10x230 @ 1.725V
Ambient is 26C water is 30C and temps are 35C idle and 45C max (Prime 95)

Rio 600 sub pump in plastic res (About 200 GPH at 0 head)
Home made copper cap style block
Ford escort heater core with 120 mm fan (silent)

This is not too bad for about 40 bucks and a little time.

According to this page , I have a c/w of .21. Not great but works. I figure with a better block this will improve greatly. Been looking around but have no made up my mind yet. I really like the white water block.

And I want to thank everyone for helping out....

With 200x13 at 1.800Vcore it go to 50C after day of 100% load with folding all the time + work I would say it's not bad for 100% passive only cooling, no fan in case, etc

T'BredB XP2100 at 2300MHz at 2v on an 8RDA6+ Pro cooled by a LRWW (original not D-Tek) Eheim 1250 Heatercore with 7v Evercool 120mm. Never Idle but runs around 15C over ambient.

T'BredB XP1700 at 2400MHz at 1.7v on 8RDA+ cooled by SlitEdge MaxiJet1200 submerged in res with BIX and 7v Evercool 120mm. Never Idle but runs around 12C over ambient.

For all temps take a huge pinch of salt. An NForce board reports up to 5C different for the cpu just by cooling the northbridge!

Staying cool

Alot of you have seen my system, including cooling system in the mod section. Well since I put the squirrel cage fan on and ducted the air into my system through it. Ihave so much cool air flowing through the radiator and into the case that my board temp is room temp and my cpu stays very cool
Even under heavy benching or video rendering it never goes over 32C and takes about 15 seconds to cool back down to idle temp once the test is over or rendering session. here are my idle temps

I managed to drop a few degrees by moving my rad to the outside of my case. Never gets above 40C now. Plus my idle temps get down to 32C. Ambient is still about 26C. So we are looking at about 14-15C above ambient.

I know your looking for completly passive. Great temps for no fans. Have you thought of a couple of 120MM fans @ 7V. I imagine they would be all but silent and probably drip you temps quite a bit...

I dig that res you made by the way...

I'll let you know how my "bigwater" setup for Thermaltake is once i get it installed. Working on the case and everything, so may be a couple of weeks before i get her up and running, and thermal paste broken in.
