Water Cooling Recommendations

I was thinking that I'd finally commit to overclocking the crap out of my current and future hardware, and embraced the fact that in order to do this effectively I'd need a viable watercooling solution. So I post here asking for recommendations for watercooling kits that would leave the smallest hole in my wallet as possible.

It doesn't really matter if the radiator, waterblock, tubing and etc all come from different sources, as long as I'd be getting the most bang for the buck, and a pretty decent bang at that.

So, any suggestions?

I've build my water system for less than $100. I got the lines and rad new and everything else used. (ie block and pump)

After doing some looking around and pricing I've decided that the Asetek Antarctica Kit (GPU, CPU, and chipset) is the best choice. With the hot summer coming up air cooling just won't cut it any longer for my overclocking endeavors.

This is probably a question for gizmo, but how much lower could I get temperatures with a direct-die waterblock? Does it make that much difference really? I'd be using Arctic Silver 5 for the regular waterblock, which may help, but I'm still wondering...
