I rember clicking on a link somewhere, and being taken to a place that sold these. But now I can't find the link
Does anyone know of a place that sells them?

I made my own......... neon paint- dissasemble fans- tape and paint- very simple and $3 for the paint!

yeah its easy to do. ima write up a guide on how to do it when i get the paint for my next modding project.
