First thing I would do is double check and make sure your cpu hsf is clean and dust bunny free.

roger that, but what about the extra fans i was think about makin a hole in the top and having an exhaust fan because it seems like the better my computer is cooled the less it crashes when i play games. i got an extra 80 and 120

Is your side case fan intake or exhaust? Really, three fans should be more than sufficient for your average tower, if you've got them properly placed. Also, don't forget that you've got the fan in the PSU working as well.

the side case fan is an intake. i might use one fan as a hard drive cooler and the other as a extra vga cooler because thats where most of the overheating comes from. unless you know anything else?

You could try what I did cut a hole in the top between PSU and CD bay as can be seen here:

as it turns out i cant put a 120mm fan in the front as an intake because to case will not allow it becasue there are no holes for a fan that big and the vent was made for a 80mm fan so if i made holes it wouldnt do any thing any way so i put one 120mm fan under the vga on the floor and the other i'm thinkin about putting it in the roof. but if i buy a fan grill and cut the hole around that can i screw the fan in from out side though the grill holes? is that how it works? if so i might have a cool case mode in a few days. thankyou for your time

Electric hole saw make sure the fan will fit between your CD Rom and PSU. I took off the top cover and layed it on some soft wood like pine clamped it down and then drilled out the hole in the right spot.

You can also use right hand aviation tinsnips.
Mark out your hole then drill 5 or 6 small holes close together in from the edge then start snipping very slowly so you dont mark the paint.
