A fan... bah, you're asking for so little. This one dude was selling his soul on eBay for 20 bucks!!

anyway, if you can't find a good enough fan, you can choose a not so good one and put a blower or some other fan close to the vid card.

Instead, cut a hole in your case wall just over the video card, and add a fan. If you don't care about noise, I'd recommend a Delta, or any high CFM fan.

One would think that the baddest high speed computer from Cray would be more worthy to trade for one's soul. If the heatsink on this M64 Vidcard is unchanged from the ones on Creative's TNT card, the big daddy 40mm from Sunon(~7 cfm) might be OK.

i got a crazy 150cfm, fan on the side of my case its a 120mm and i got it for 2 bucks at princess auto but man is it loud
