Or an Arctic Cooler. Still arguably the best on the market yet cheap as chips.

YOU WRONG this stock Intel cooler like 70 LOAD at 2.4 !!! E6600

that 3D Rocket 2 like 60 at 3.8 LOAD all the day no crash... E6600

Dude this the best cooler you can get.... This my own try I'm sure of it

According to the review, best is not the word I would use. You stated in another post that you could not fold do to a cooling issue.

The fan got burned because I was use like 24 vlots on it and it handled for 0.8 mins and burned but any way it's a strong cooler it make noise like Jet Plane but cool like well at 4.3ghz with 24volts

It's in warranty now.. spent 20 days still 5 days and I will get new one

but It's was working 24/7 for 6 months without problems

so it's rock !
