Dry Ice

Is there any way of using this in a water cooling setup ?

I think if you run a water + antifreeze mixture through a normal radiator encased in dry ice you should see some funky temperatures

if you pour water on it and put it in a sealed container......BOOM....

It can be used with a 50/50 antifreeze mix. Sealing of the board, block and lines would be a requirement.

The sealed container idea is often fun, a 16 ounce dry ice bomb can wreak some havoc. (at least that's what I've heard)

I know at least for my waterblock the temperature of the dry ice would freeze the rubber gasket, probably cracking it. same for the pipes.

The only uses I've seen for CPU cooling have all been on shot deals, lite her up then watch her burn coming down...":O}
