Pull or Push?

I am going to try to set up a water system during my vacation later this month, so I am trying to get everything lined up ahead of time.

I have most of the parts from a previous attempt that didn't work out.
Anyway, when setting up the fans, do I want them to push through the radiator or pull through it? Or does it matter?

Generally speaking, most fans are designed to work better pushing than they are pulling. That being said, my own experiments with my setup only showed about 1C difference between push and pull. I suspect that is mostly because I have a ghetto shroud made with cardboard and duct-tape which spaces the fans about 6 inches from the rad, thus minimizing effects on the rad of the 'dead zone' around the hub of the fan.
