you'll want to make sure your waterblock is also Aluminium as to lessen the corrosion effect copper and aluminium combined will have if you can get your hands on a Car heater core that would work better VW's are supposed to have very efficiant heater cores i'd imagine most european cars would

The block I made is out of Cu. Will be adding the right additives to keep galvanic corrossion away. Is it just too big or what ![]()
