Safe temps for dual CPU's on an Asus A7M266-D motherboard?

Have a quick question.. looking at the temps of the processors through the bios.. CPU 0 is at 43 degrees c (109 f) and CPU 1 is at 44.5 degrees c (112 f). I've been letting it slowly cook in the bios for about the past 1/2 hour and this is what it seems to be sticking at. Are those temps fine?

The chips just have the standard heatsink/fan on them and instead of that poopy thermal goop that came on the heatsink I used ASII. Thanks.

These temps aren't bad. I run my Tbird constantly at 55c and up. It doesn't cause me any grief. If your at 44c in the bios, which is about as close to idle temps as possible, you'll notice about a 4-5c climb at full load (folding).

50c won't do any harm, but maybe some case cooling would be beneficial. You've got the extra heat source now and you've gotta clear some of that hot air outta the case. A good way to tell if your case temps are too warm are if you leave the case all together, run it at 100%, then while it's been running for awhile, pull a side off. If you get a blast of warm air, invest in more case cooling.

I f that's in the BIOS be carefull putting toooo much of a load as the temps will go up, you will want better HSF combo's.

My T-bird 1.33 @ 1.540 right now is 22case & 44CPU Full load. F@h and here on the net.

With a SK6 and Delta 8000 rpm 50 cfm fan.

I was told in the past that being in the bios puts about 70% load on the cpu's.. so wondering if that's true or not =/.. or does 70% = idle? Ya the rig is going to be for video editing and crap like that.. so not sure how much of a load will be put on it heh.
