Let's celebrate climate change by chopping down trees, making charcoal, and having a BBQ!

Good and cold in Romania yesterday according to Russian news. So far, we're having a warm winter, thanks to El Nino. California is being hammered by serious storms. Poor Ahnold!

AC in the Northwest U.S.

Absolutely!! Central air here in the house and a wall unit for my computer room!. All my vehicles are Air conditioned My placew at the beach is AC'd
It does get into the 105 range here. My AC runs alot!!

I know this is an older topic but, AC is just about going to be a must real soon....

It is running right now here in my puter room. There are 5 rigs in here folding 24/7

Surely you're pulling our leg, weldzilla? Oops, my mistake. Your AC is cooling down the entire state, such electricity bills must be staggering!

This time of year is perfect for not using any AC where I live (elevation 5500')...
This house has R-22 isolation in it, so all you have to do is cool it down then close it up for it to be Air Conditioned...

I get up at 4am to cool down the house to 60-65F then it never gets above 70F all day long even though its 98F outside.

38C--100F Plus in Western Russia. They are not used to this kind of heat, at all! Wildfires galore in British Columbia, we have smoke from them in Seattle. And wildfires are going ape in Russia, climate change has nothing to do with it. Cough.

No matter if it's too hot or too cold, it's bearable. Think of the alternative, yadda.

And a "weak La Ninha" is setting up for this winter. Another freezing Spring an cool Summer for Seattle next year? And a scorching no rain horror in the Southwest?

I have 3 AC units, window mount, that can be easily removed in Winter. it never got hot enough
this Summer to need any AC. the installation of an attic exhaust fan has done wonders to keep
temps inside very comfortable. that and good air movement thru the house! like a PC case!!!

We've set the weather wacky, I don't care what naysayers insist on. La Ninha is back, wonder if next Spring will be another coldest, ever? We will pay trillions in attempted damage control, but change our Yankee ways? Squander, baby, that we do well. Ugh.
