Water cooling my video card.

I want to water cool my geforce3
Does anyone have any ideas for block design????
Preferably I'd like to make the block out of just one lump of copper so that I dont have to bother doing loads of milling, I can just drill it. I'm not too worried about efficiency.

...or you could go for a cross drilled design like this: http://www.dwpg.com/viewimage.php?im...98334334.pjpeg

Have a look at the instructions here

Hope this helps

i ran my card watercooled before(old card) but the extra heat kept me from overclocking my cpu as far so i just put a ss7 heatsink on it.

Dunno about Jonathan(who did that Stealth article), but I got my stuff from a local hardware store. Aluminum is dirt cheap, think I payed like $2 for that chunk of aluminum. Copper on the other hand is a bit more expensive. I'd guess you'd pay maybe $10 for a chunk that size.

You might even find some at your local junk yard or something...

If you're into projects like this, you should check out this list of tutorials we have published.
