Thermaltake Active RAM cooling.

While at the comp show today with "Robbie" we seen it and seeing how my Crucial PC2100is @ 2700 with 3.0v I figured it need some cooling.

And seeing how I have recommended it to a few I figured I would try it.

Later on I will see if it will take more v.

Dang you ask alot

i just took the side off again, and of course it is right next to the AX-7 with the Delta 80mm 45cfm fan and the 2 case fans blowing in.

So for mine the answer would be, I cant hear it, and the ram @ 3.0v is nice-n-cool.

Here are the specs on it, 23dba.

And the pic shows the rpm.

And at $9 a pop, it was really hard for me NOT to get one.
I need to talk to SteveI about getting a better bios for this board, that way I can overclock it.

Mine does, welllllll. sitting right next to the AX-7 there is air blowing off it right onto the other side of it and that air blowing on it is not warm either so in-fact I do have it blowing on both sides

But yes I do know what you mean.

But like Rob said for $9.00

Now all I need is a Laser temp probe

I always use Google so why didn't I think of that.

THANKS !!

One review , I look at it this way, every little bit of cooling helps some, and for the price, and it looks KEWL.

Yeah, and you could get 1 active spreader, and 2 spreaders (With out fans on them). That would be just as effective as having 3 fans on them (I think)!
