Watts to BTU/h

I'm looking in to building a phase-change/TEC hybrid water chiller. Want to use the TECs too because it's quite difficult to get R134a way down there(coolant temps need to be -65°C with 120W load). I'm looking through condenser unit specs right now. Anyway, can't remember the conversion for watts to BTU/h, I think you multiply watts by 3.4something-or-another but can't remember. Anyone know?

I plan to just use an off the shelf pre-assembled condenser unit for industrial refrigeration(if it's affordable enough, jury is still out on this). I want to build my own evaporator to directly cool two large TECs, which will in turn cool the water. I also plan to make a beehive type waterblock with a beehive turned out of solid copper round stock in a lathe. The cost of the TECs and there power supply may be prohibitively expensive, so I may at first just use the condenser unit, along with a coil of tubing as an evaporator, and a thermostat of some sort to chill water to -20C.
