Unhappy Epox 8K5A2 and memory voltage problem

Ok, I'm running 8K5A2, Tbred-B 1700+, Twinmos 512mb DDR-333, Enermax 365w. If I try to raise memory voltage even with 0,1v it won't boot. I only get blank screen. I have tried 25.10.2002 bios and this newiest but no help.I'm running out ideas. Anyone has anykinda idea what could help? Or is this somekinda memory or PSU issue? Or should I give up and send this to warranty(about half-year left)
