Post code "41"

Have a new machine, and trying to get it sorted. It's an nForce2 based board, but only gets as far as POST code "41" before stopping. There's no sign of video output either!

So far, all that's in the machine is CPU, RAM and Video card. I've tried a different video card, and that brought no joy either.

Any suggestions?
