Screen Turns Dark. Need Help!!!

Hello all.

I'm having a problem with my computer. PC seems to power down at random times. This happens randomly. I think it mostly occurs when I'm watching tv.

This is the scenario...
I'm watching my tv tuner while surfing the net.
I have the tv on the right hand corner and browsing the internet.
For some reason the lcd on my computer goes into standby.
I can still here the tv in the background but my pc doesn't seem to recover.

Last time it happened I did noticed an error message that had to do with my video card. Not sure if these are driver issues or if it has to do with the nvidia nforce drivers 3.13 I actually thought my video card was overheating but I checked and actually reapplied thermal grease and it seems fine. i have the Zalman ZM80C-HP.

I never use to have these issues when I had catalyst 3.8 installed and had nforce drivers 2.42

I have no clue what to do?
I checked the Power Schemes and everything is set to Never.

These are my specs..

Have you checked the lead between your PC and display? I'm sure you have.

Tried restoring the older nForce drivers?

sounds like the problem I had with my 9800, turned out I needed a PSU that had more kick than the 350w generic.
