Also i have a 'program' in my start bar that i cannot get rid of that is blank and not able to close. There is also a very small square box in the top left of my screen that i do belive is the 'program'. Here are the pictures of them:

Unhappy

It sounds to me you have got a virus.
WAB.EXE is the adressbook program for Outlook Express and 'yourname'.wab is the adressbook.
Maybe you got one of this viruses that spreads through emails.
They send emails to people in your adressbook and attach themself to the emails.

The only WAB I know in Windows is the Windows Address Book. This is part of Outlook Express, and any WAB files are associated with wab.exe.

The current WAB is stored in the the registry path HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\WAB\WAB4\Wab File Name.

You could try backing up the existing WAB file, and creating a new WAB, using wab.exe /new. This does mean you'll loose the existing WAB though.

Other than that, I can't think of much to suggest, as I don't know very much about WAB...

Found out what the error is for and what the 'program' is.

The error is a Windows Address Book (wab.exe) error and is not a virus since I have the latest Mcafee Antivirus DAT files and looked it up on the web. Error has been corrected and event viewer did not show the error in the logs. (wab.exe is found in \Program Files\Outlook Express)

The 'program' appears when McAfee doesn't start all the way once booted up. The cause of the error is the file Avsynmgr.exe. if you goto a command line (cmd), and type Net Stop Avsynmgr it will stop the service. To turn it back on type in the command line Net Start Avsynmgr
Those are the errors are not life threatening to my computers or my network.
