win 2k-xp and onboard promise raid?

when I try to install the raid drivers after hitting F-6 on boot , it starts reading from the floppy and then kicks me this error..... File \winXP\fasttrack.sy caused an unexpected error (1024) at line 2108 in D:\xpclient\base\boot\setup\oemdisk...... the array works fine in win98se, but throws the same error on the install in 2k and xp both. I tried letting XP detect it, but it didnt recognize it :P heres the config.

asus k7v266e
XP1600 @ 1045
265mb nanya pc2100
2x IBM 60gxp 40gig
radeon 8500

any help will be greatly appreciated!!

I was going to say..I never had problems with XP. 2k didn't have the drivers so I needed a disk but xp went smooth.
