Built New Computer. Now Internet is Slow

I just built a new computer with the specs of my sig and the internet is so slow now. I installed new and the drivers that came with my mobo and no luck. Before installing the 4 in 1 drivers the internet was somewhat fast in downloading but in everything else it was fast. After installing the VIA 4 in 1 drivers now it's slow. I've tried everything I know and nothing, heck I even installed a nic card and it was slower .

Download the newest drivers off of VIA's site..
I had this happen to several via chipset mobos, all of the PCI devices start to chop, and new drivers helped, but you need em from the site..

Like, two devices fighting over the same IRQ, or shared memory address.

Asked a different way, when you open up the Device Mangler, do you have a little yellow exclamation icon next to any of your devices?

I would take Alex's suggestion, go to www.via.com.tw and download the latest 4-in-1 drivers.

Alright, I did that and it was still the same thing, got the latest 4 in 1 and the latest for the ethernet card and no luck. Since formating is not an option I had a spare hard drive and I installed everything except the 4 in 1 drivers and my 3dmark 01 score was 20xxx, with the 4 in 1 drivers they were 18xxx, weird . After some testing I figured it out, the VIA INF files that came as an option to install them was the thing that was causing all this . I'm still in the other drive and not in my main drive so I have figure it out how to uninstall those INF files from VIA.

Nope, no exclamation icon. Oh by the way, those INF files from the VIA 4-in-1 drivers enable the VIA Power Management Controller, do I need those

I honestly don't know, but I would think probably only if you need power management.

Ok the power management actually slows down the system in times of 'low' demand. Disable the power management
