Bad_pool_caller. Again!!

Hi!

I just installed 2 Corsair 256MB PC3200 DDR memory moduls in my AOpen XCcube. Now when I reboot i get a ble screen saying BAD_POOL_CALLER with the code: 0x000000C2 (0x00000007, 0x00000CD4, 0x342D3542, 0xE1B132A4)
What can this be? When I just run one of these moduls it's ok.
Please help me!! Thanks

Eirik Nergaard

I'd say your memory timings are too aggressive, at a guess. Sometimes you get two sticks of PC3200 memory and the best you can run is PC2700 when you pair them. Which XC Cube?

Welcome to AOA's Forums, redlabel!

It bites if two PC-3200 DIMMS have to run as PC-2700 in tandem. What Gizmo asked, which XC cube?

Are the DIMMs identical? Assuming that this is an AMD machine, you might try to disable any Dual Channel Memory function in BIOS.
