ummm.... thr gpu could just be overehating/ overlaoding. try to put it at medium and say what happens. Have you OC'ed it at all?
It might be that your GPU is stealing sytem ram since you have 1gb in a 4*256. that could be causing it to crash. I'm not sure wait for someone else to reply.

As far as I know , decreasing AGP from 8X to AGP 4X should solve your problem.

This is a known issue with some ATi cards, there is no any noticeable difference between AGP 4x and AGP 8x, just decrease it from the control panel (smartgart) or from the mobo bios.

I did that, AGP , form 8x to 4x and fast write off but problem not fix. What I can do I need another solution.

be sure it set correctly AGP 4X in the smartgart,

Also bump up the voltage to 1.60V instead of 1.50V.

is the problem only with farcry ? did you try another games ?

yes, bump the AGP voltage to 1.6v - seems like this is needed on virtually all ATI AGP cards.

1.6V should be safe, and it will not affect or damage the card.

The onboard voltage regulators on the card will keep voltages at the safe maximum, feeding them more AGP voltage just gives the regulators more power to work with particularly at the bottom end of the AC ripple.

1.6V-1.65V is the sweet spot for every modern GPU nowadays, and many mobos are feeding higher voltage than spec by default.

I would suggest installing the ATI 5.7 Catalyst drivers by the way. They are better for your card.

5.7s are designed to perform better on 128MB cards, particularly the 9700/9500/9600. You should see a performance gain of up to 20% across the board with those drivers.

May even solve some issues.

By the way, are you using the V1.31 patched far cry, or the unpatched version (clean install)?

Well, have you just installed your Far Cry off the CD, or have you downloaded and applied the patches (from AOAFiles of course )

You see, Far Cry doesnt work on about 30% of computers in its normal state.

You need to patch it up to make it work.

So do you know if you did that or not?

Youre not going to get a good response for posting that! Did you even look at the rules?
