Question Asus P4c800-c Deluxe Uay Post Codes/ Total Computer Failure

I have a serious problem. My computer won't boot. All power is working, fans are humming and everything, however my monitor isn't recieving any signal. The speaker mounted to the case is beeping, one long and two short beeps over and over. I don't have the USER MANUAL, father has it and he lives overseas which makes it hard to get in touch with him. I need to know what the post codes are, or beep codes as some people call them to figure out what it's telling me. First glance would assume it's the graphics card (HERCULES ATI 9800 PRO), since it's directly connected to the monitor, however I've put in a new video card and still no boot! I'm hoping with all my heart it isn't the motherboard. I've tried to find a download for the USER MANUAL, which has lead me astray to enivitably put me HERE.

Maybe point me in the right direction at the least???? If you need more info just ask! THANKS!

One long and two short indicates a video problem; the computer can't find your video adapter.

What was the other video adapter you tried?

Have you tried doing a full CMOS reset? Sometimes the CMOS settings can get so hosed that it will keep the BIOS from initializing other hardware properly.
