Exclamation Possible faulty Geforce 6200

This happend when I got my new grapics card today ,but then when I intalled the drivers and restarted and played Halo It crashed and made a blue screen error winXp_32sys something like that, then I reinstalled the drivers from another disk then everything worked fine, but when I opened Sappire TRIXX overclocker's utility and it made another bluescreen error forceing me to restart.
Halo statup screen is blocky and Peter Jacksons King Kong's Intro Video's flash and thier preformance isn't comparable to my other games. Please help. I want to know if I have to take the card back to be replaced under warranty.

I'd say try ANOTHER set of drivers. You can get them from www.aoafiles.com

Is this a card which uses system RAM, i.e. turbo cache?

How much system RAM do you have?

If you had an ATi card or intergrated graphics before it could be an old driver file conflicting with something. Try downloading and using a driver cleaner tool to completely remove old drivers from your system. Then make sure you have the latest direct X. Then download and install the latest drivers from nVidia.
