My Computer is Posessed

How can this happen?

You may be aware I'm still exepriencing the start up problems that have plagues me for, oo, 8 months now. Same stuff as Chaz.

Weirdest thing then happens. I start up PC. Oddly, the screen is at the lowest res. I think, ello ello ello, whats happened here?
I rclick Ati Catalyst, it pops up a box and says, Hey Mike, You got no Graphics Driver installed buddy!
I think, wtf, my graphics card driver has just vanished. I went all over my PC looking for GFX Driver files. All of them were gone. My Driver had completely vanished. I can't understand how, or why.

I restart my Pc. Don't know why, but I did. Everythnig loads up, normal res, and whats this? My driver has re-appeared.
Now how the bleeding gums murphy can this happen? Imaigne you laod your PC up and say, your whole music folder is gone. Then you reboot and its back.

This is insane. I'm losing my mind! Help!

that is pretty some weird stuff tbh.

Did you do anything untoward that might have triggered this oddness?

Dude. I have had that happen before. I think that was when my card was heading south. I tried uninstalling and installing. Seemed to help a little. Card eventually was RMAd...

Go to a nice beach at midnight, start a fire and light up 50 candles. Get yourself a herb bath (yerba buena, mejorana and espanta muertos. Mix this with half a liter of holy water, 1/4 of rum(if from PR the better), 1/4 of goats blood. Mix it well and put in your body. Let it dry then go to the water and trow yourself backwards 7 times. Get dry and repeat. Of course you need a full moon.

does this happen every time?
try and see if there are any commonalities... does it only happen from cold boot? does it happen after a crash? does it happen after running certain programs?

if you are unsure, take notes

checked HD for errors?

Never happened before - or since.
I run check disk frequently. The occasional expected fixes but nothing out of the ordinary.

Only form cold boot - yes. AFAIK.

I can take a hint. What's up, Strongwolf? You don't have to tell us, but I thought I should ask.
