Angry Lock out

Wolf3 has lock me out!!! This ungrateful rig would not recognize me(or any users account) as an administrator. Try almost everything but still have no access to the HDD. Everything I try comes back with the same message, "you don't have enough privileges yada, yada, yada. Try using dos via fdd and nada. All I want/need now is to kill the disc (discs) Delete the array and rebuilt it...nada. Somebody shoot me!!!

throw in a bootable Linux CD and break down the door. try the WINDOWS
CD to make repairs.
one of my windows rigs refused to let me in. I wiped the drive with Linux,
then reinstalled XP.
the killing part is fairly easy. repairs are another issue.

Use both...no go. No matter what I do all I get is "reboot and select proper boot device or insert Boot Media in selected boot device and press a key"

This happens if I boot from hdd or fdd or cdrom.

Have you tried pulling Cmos jumper and resetting defaults?

Yup try that too.

Is academic now. I'm in. Use an utility that I have for a while but never use;"Spotmau Power Suite 2007". Life saver. It has a lot of utilities for windows in and off line. Use the "wipe out data", takes about two hours but left the hdd ready. Install Fedora 7 anyway. I have to say that I was well impress. Nice looking OS, nice interface but I will need about a year just to know my way around. It's not that it is not (is not that is not twice, hummmm) user friendly, but unfortunately I get too use to Windows. Still I like it a lot. Probably will install on Wolf1. Poor Sam, he is missing all the fun.
Install windows over Fedora and here I am. Takes me until 0530 to almost get it done. As to when I will learn not to mess with windows... I don't know, maybe later...or not.
