Macbook problem

I need to install a different OS on this MACBOOK and I have downloaded the bootcamp <200398_BootCamp1.3.dmg> and I don't know how I need to burn it. Can someone share a light on this? Thanks.

that figures... does it look like any of us at AOA have any MAC knowledge what-so-ever?

Are you upgrading the OS or downgrading?
I'm pretty sure OS 10.6 and above can be on a USB flash drive and installed.

Otherwise, maybe installing Linux would be of some benefit.

My guess is that chrisbard fixed or donated this Mac a while back. I'm thinking about purchasing an iPad. Somebody stop me!
