Sis computer- Strange Problem-

When ever the power goes out- my little sisters pII 400/ Aopen /128mgs- will not turn on! I have replaced the PS- but the thing refuses to turn on for 4hours?????

This may have something to do with the "whaddaya want me to do after a power outtage?" option in BIOS. I've read that it's best to set this option to "no. Do not turn on by yourself after a power outtage." Why? Because large electric motors like the one in the refrigerator supposedly send a BIG spike into the line after power is resumed. It's very brief, but 700 Jolts ain't good.

Next time that happens try to reset BIOS. Werks for me and my MSI mobo, but then I have to configure everything all over again.... I don't know how to fix it.
