Win XP Security

Further to me trying to make my PC more secure, I am wanting to set up users with limited access on XP. This would be simple enough i would have thought, just add a limited user. But unfortunatly, this causes problems with mcafee virus scan. It opens the user account, then says it cant download files. then when you try and log out of that user, explorer crashes, restarts, and doesnt log out, so stuck in loop. In order to get out of this what you have to do is switch the power off, or lock the PC, then log in as admin, its a pain. So what I have been searching for (without much success) is a tutorial on how to set up user accounts with different access levels, now i may not have bee able to find this as i have possibly been using the wrong terminology.

thanks in advance

Actually securing a system takes a whole bunch of work, including setting permissions on registry keys and a large number of files on the file system. If you're having those issues with McAfee, it suggests that the version you have doesn't support permissions properly.
